Each one of you wants to achieve everything that you ever dream of. Now, my next question is little on the hard side. How many of you try and work hard but still face challenges in achieving the desired output? Well, I can see many hands and hear many voices. Through my article further, I will explain to you the reasons of such incidences in your lives and will share a  very simple and one hundred percent working technique to resolve it for you.

The subconscious brain of man acts as a data-bank in a way, and works to store data and events that cannot be saved in the conscious brain. It is mainly responsible for the collection of human thoughts, past experiences, memories and different types of arts. It keeps information about every activity we have seen, done, or heard. The subconscious mind also serves as our guide. It constantly keeps a close watch on every danger and important occasions in our life. The subconscious brain transmits every information to the conscious brain at the right time, for which it has been instructed by the brain. The communication between the conscious and subconscious brain is bidirectional. When an idea, emotion, memory or past image emerges in our mind, it first arises in the subconscious mind, after which it is communicated by the subconscious to the conscious mind. And on the other hand, the communication of the subconscious brain with the conscious is not simple, and it is achieved by the principle of self-awareness.

The subconscious brain checks and examines every information and sends only those information to the conscious brain which according to the need of that moment, is very important and relevant. It is also difficult to move an idea from conscious to the subconscious mind because in order to do so it becomes necessary to connect that idea with human emotions. Only those thoughts, which are associated with emotion, reach the subconscious mind. And only such thoughts with extreme sentiment are able to stay there for a long time. Unfortunately, this applies to both negative and positive emotions. And usually, it happens that negative emotions prove more permanent than positive and dominate them. But when it comes to positive feelings, then the strongest of these two feelings, faith and love. It is more firm, firm and stable and attracts a man towards spirituality. It is only by their presence that an idea becomes more powerful and emotional. For this reason, the possibility of this idea being stored and stable in the subconscious brain increases more. And then by working on this idea, the subconscious brain transmits all the important information related to it to the conscious brain.

Now let me share a few examples to illustrate how the subconscious mind works. Psychologists have divided the mind into two parts. One is the conscious mind and the other subconscious mind. The conscious mind is the part of the brain in which we are aware of the actions that take place. This conscious mind is based on objective and logic. The subconscious mind is the part of the brain beyond the waking mind, which we are not aware of and the experience is less. Its condition is like icebergs floating in the water. Only 10% of the iceberg appears above the surface of the water and the remaining 90% remains below the surface. The conscious brain is also 10% of the entire brain. 90% of the brain is usually a subconscious mind.

Assume that your body is a garden and you are its gardeners. You are a gardener who sows the seeds of thoughts in the subconscious mind, which corresponds to your habitual thoughts. You will receive the same result as you sow in your subconscious mind. According to that your body and perception will be revealed. Therefore,  each thought is a cause and each condition is an effect. Therefore it is necessary that you make your thoughts so that you can get the desired results. In  many motivational workshops held, it has been concluded that the subconscious mind itself has 90% power. By this, the body's breath flow, heartbeat and all other urgent tasks, the ability to store and remember anything, and many other important tasks are possible. The subconscious mind works 24 hours a day and night. If you give a positive command to the subconscious mind and conceptualize it, then you can guide it and find the desired success in life. Nothing is impossible for the subconscious mind.

Faith differs from expectation because when we believe, we are absolutely sure of its reward. And when we expect something, then we expect ourselves to complete the scenario, one of the many uncertain returns associated with that matter. We all see such people around us, who find new opportunities easily and continue to progress in the path of success. This is because of their subconscious brain, compared to normal people, transmits information related to their goals to an accurate and greater amount. Have you ever noticed that when you are determined to do some work, then opportunities related to that task come to you again and again? The reason behind this is that when you make a decision, then you give it a form of thought and connect it with your desires and beliefs, and that is why the subconscious brain gives you all the necessary information related to that task, which can prove helpful in your work.

Proven these facts, the irony is that humans are able to use only a small part of their brain. This is mainly due to the subconscious brain. But it is certain that it is the subconscious mind of a man who is fully responsible for all his actions and activities. One of the main functions of the subconscious brain is that it acts as a shield between the flow of information coming into the brain and the conscious brain. The human brain has so much information per second, due to which the brain can be severely damaged. Nature has given man the ability to have complete control over the information contained in his subconscious brain, through his five senses. However, this does not mean that everyone knows using this control. This is the main reason that many people spend their lives in poverty and plight.

The art of generating information and thoughts in your subconscious mind is called 'self-realization'. Under this, all kinds of self-encouraging thoughts enter the subconscious brain with the help of the senses. The significant thoughts present in the conscious mind, whether positive or negative, enter the subconscious brain and affect the actions of human beings. An idea begins to dominate or overpower the other when it is related to a long and strong feeling. Therefore, we can say that the subconscious mind is the most powerful tool that humans have. Due to this, one person moves ahead by recognizing the opportunity, while the other person loses it. With its help, you can make an impact in people, or come under the influence of someone else and work under it. It is worth mentioning that the difference we see in the two results obtained can also be called the 'gate of enlightened understanding'. This is the difference due to which man recognizes the opportunity or loses it. It is simply based on how much you have awakened your subconscious mind and how much you are able to use it.

Therefore, the Subconscious Mind is a powerful weapon to control the conscious mind. A controlled mind, in turn, proves to be a true friend. The one who conquered his mind is called the victor of the three worlds. There are infinite powers in your mind. So awaken your sleeping powers to attain eternal bliss, infinite power, and infinite peace.
