Understanding Energy and Frequency is important. Everything that exists is Energy regulated at and by, different levels of frequency. The degree of your joy, pain, success, and failure, all is directly related to the level of your frequency. Higher the frequency - Positive the energy and Higher the consciousness.

To grow from the Alpha point that is the lowest frequency level to Omega that is the highest frequency level, you need to keep shifting your focus from anger, guilt, regret, pain, pride, fear To courage, willingness, acceptance, joy, and Love. That will make you a Peaceful soul and hence you will attain the ultimate consciousness, that is, the state of Enlightenment!!!!!!!

Energy and Frequency

In day to day life, you face different situations. Each situation carries its own emotion. Every emotion would bring its Energy, hence keeping you at a certain level of frequency. The energy will either expand or contract depending on the emotion carried. To explain the Relation between Energy and Frequency, I will share a simple example with you to illustrate how it works. 

Let’s talk about a school going child. A teacher asks him a question. This point of time, the child is scared thinking whether or not he will be able to answer the question. However, once the question is put to him, he makes an effort and tries to answer.

Finally, he can answer it correctly. The child is then appraised by a teacher and he feels happy and joyful throughout the day. He will, therefore, be carrying an emotion of joy. Now let’s just observe the movement of emotions here. The child initially carried an emotion of fear - carrying a lower Energy and Frequency, then his emotion shifted to courage – better Energy and Frequency, and finally, the emotion shifted to joy – even better energy and frequency. Now you can relate - Better the Energy, Higher the Frequency. When you have the emotions of shame, Guilt, Apathy, Grief, Fear, Desire, Anger, Pride, your Energy is contracted. On the contrary, carrying the emotions of courage, willingness, acceptance, love, joy or peace, expands your Energy.

The Beautiful thing about this whole fact is that you can change your reality by changing your Energy and Frequency. Not at all a costly affair. No matter what pain, difficulty or sorrow you are going through in your life, you can consciously choose to choose your Energy. You can choose to smile in pain, you can choose to give happiness to others while forgetting your own problem. Just improve your energy. As a result, you will be vibrating at a higher level of frequency and be able to connect with the Energy which you are made of. Then no one can stop you from creating your Destiny!!!!!!!
